Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom unit close to beaches and town centre. East facing balcony with outdoor setting and electric BBQ opens onto living area with digital TV, DVD player and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Ceiling fan in main bedroom, internal laundry with washer and dryer. Single lockup garage.

South West Rocks is a small coastal town on the mid north coast situated near the mouth of the Macleay River - by car approximately 5 hours from Sydney or Brisbane. South West Rocks offers 8 beautiful white sandy beaches, a modern Country Club with bowling greens, tennis courts and18 hole golf course, some of the best scuba diving in Australia, the Seabreeze Hotel overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Riverside Tavern on the bank of the Macleay River. Within the Arakoon State Recreation area is the historic Trial Bay Gaol and popular Trial Bay Kiosk - a great place for breakfast, lunch or tea. There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants, in the centre of town as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloth, etc. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Good location, comfortable

The unit was well appointed and the stay was comfortable, however the urine stained mattress in the main bedroom was a big dissapointment (had to go and buy a mattress cover). Missing or torn flyscreens on the bathroom and laundry windows meant we couldn't leave the windows open for the lovely flow through sea breeze as the bugs would come in.
