This Southampton home sits on over an acre of private land surrounded by beautiful, mature trees and flowers. The over sized pool and hot tub are surrounded by a huge stonework area with large table and 10 chairs with 6 lounges and a sitting area with a 12 ft. telescoping umbrella. A backyard breakfast area has another large table with umbrella. There are swings and a play area for kids. WiFi. New Weber BBQ. Outdoor table tennis and stereo. AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Cell 1516-967-2333. Memorial Day to Labor Day $95k. July 1 to Labor Day Sept 3, $68k for two months or $35k for July or $40k August . No shares, sublets, pets or smoking. The nightly rate does not include fees for electricity, pool and hot tub maintenance, lawn care, internet/TV/cable/phone, garbage pickup which are extra.
