The chalet is located within the splendid condominium 'Pé na Areia', which is in front of Araçaipe beach.
It is about 8 min from Fisherman's Beach where you will find kioskes that serve meals etc. Going the opposite way you will find other kioskes about 15 minutes away, where you can also enjoy live music.
The condominium is privileged, where you can feel the sea breeze while being in the pool, among coconut trees, flowers, birds .. very well maintained ...
The front of the condominium is on one of the main streets 'Estrada da Balsa', where you will pass by bus or vans permanently, directly in front of the condominium and reach the center of Arraial in about 5 min.
The chalet has about 35 mts. It is tastefully decorated with rustic furniture, comfortable, with air conditioning and fan.
In the space are a double bed, integrated room q is on the opposite side, where is a single bunk bed and kitchen. Sleeps 4 people. Parking space within the condominium itself.
Stays include bed and bath linen, water, light, gas, wi fi.
