We were very upset with the overall condition of this home from outside to inside. A/C not working during a heat advisory, Fan in bedrooms not working, TV not working, rugs are disgusting, Tile floor very dirty, refrigerator smelled like fish, no fan on outside lanai (open electrical box) front step brick loose and many people tripped on it including my 73yo father. There is a unfinished area between driveway and walkway very hazardous. Blood on bathroom wall near pool area. Unable to control fans remotes missing. Closet door hanging off tracks, holes in the walls and missing toilet paper holders. Stained sheets. We spent a lot of money for this stay and these things are completely unacceptable!!

Family Vacation

Great property really enjoyed the stay. The property was exactly as described in the reviews. The carpet in the main floor bedroom smelled a little mildew upon arrival but once we opened the doors it was OK. My only issue that would have made this stay more pleasant and for future rentals. Please inform or educate guests about the importance of requesting a heated pool for non-Floridians we may assume the water is warm because the weather is warm. The pool was very cold even though the temps were 85-90 degrees outside. It was too late to heat the pool when I requested it on Saturday Morning even though my check out was not till Tuesday Morning per the property manager. Also, a little more cookware would be great for a house this size. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Fun summer vacation

This house was so amazing. The size was as expected and accommodated 9 adults and 7 kids! We had plenty of room and the pool was so nice! I would definitely recommend it for anyone. The proximity to Disney was wonderful and the resort was fun for the kids and well as the adults. Any communication with management was answered promptly. The house needed a few little fix ups here and there, but overall it was great.

House needs a facelift

Overall the house was perfect for a large family reunion. Location, resort amenities and size of the house couldn’t have been better. The pool and spa worked great and it was worth the extra cost for heating them. The house itself is tired and needs some sprucing up. Wallpaper in upstairs bedroom was ripped and falling off. Dining room chairs were wobbly. Wall paint is chipping and in need of repair . Couple of lights did not work. The ice maker in the freezer was held together with duct tape and we called maintenance three times with promises to repair it but no one ever came. Every time you opened the freezer door ice would fall out on the floor creating both a nuisance and safety hazard. There was a loose brick on the front steps that was dangerous but we all learned to avoid it. Having two washers and two dryers was fabulous!!! My family had a wonderful time and we would consider coming back if those issues mentioned above were addressed.
