Our residence is great for those who love comfort, a beautiful and pleasant environment.
We are located next to the city's main shopping avenue, Avenida Brasil.
Thus, also featuring markets, shops, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, bakery, confectionery, steakhouses and pizzerias and more.
Parking is outside the property, (parking is outsourced) 220m from the apartment.
There are options: half daily at 25 R $, with check in at 8:00 and check out until 18:00 and check in at 18:00 and check out until 8:00.
There is daily at 50 R $, with entry at 8:00 and leaving until 8:00 the other day or entry at 18:00 and leaving until 18:00 the other day.
For Saturdays, Sundays or holidays the guest has a parking key and can come and go as they please.
Parking has insurance and coverage!
