Private home, topical decor, complete mini kitchen, open living room with dining table, double beds in bedroom, large bathroom, pool, 3rd floor sun deck with topical plants, shade or sun areas. Close to downtown Cozumel and grocery stores. Great restaurants within walking distance. Up to date security. Just perfect for a couple wanting private getaway.
Maid and laundry available extra days for fee (once a week included).
Air conditioner. Electric fee added at time of booking.
Garden by pool is beautiful with varieties of topical plants.
Have a cup of coffee an enjoy the hummingbirds and finches that feed daily from the flowers.
Spend romantic evening watching the stars.
The pool is right out front door.just jump and cool of.
First level so great if handicap or just can't climb stairs.
Perfect atmosphere.
New to rental market we have decided to share our little piece of Paradise with a few special people. Come join us for a vacation to remember, become one family and friends special guest.
Rod and Debbie will load you down with great places to go to. They have owned this property since 2000. We have had our grandkids here every summer for last 18 yeears and great place to create a vacation your loved ones will never forget.
