What we offer:

1 - House with accommodation for 48 people in beds, with space for mattresses for rentals for more people. There are 7 rooms with air conditioning and fan. Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, living room with tv and dining table.
2- Main lounge with barbecue, kitchen, male and female bathrooms, tables and chairs for approximately 100 people already included.
3 - Game room with pool, geek, ping pong table and video game.
4 - Kitchen in the lounge contains 3 freezers, 1 refrigerator, 1 industrial gas stove, 1 gallon water dispenser (it is necessary to bring a gallon of water).
5 - 3 pools, 1 large for adults, 1 medium for children with a slide and 1 small with waterfall.
6 - 1 grassy society soccer field, and 1 dirt court and 1 sand volleyball court.
7 - Playground for children.
8 - 2 changing rooms in the external area.

Comments.:
- The rent includes 1 employee who will keep the pools in operation, clean the outside space and clean the bathrooms and changing rooms once a day.
- Includes basic sound with CD player, USB port, 1 amplifier and 1 microphone.
- Indoor parking for buses and cars.
- We rent all the space on the site, including or not the house with 7 rooms with accommodation for 45 people in beds. Venue with structure for events, green area for walks within the site area.
- We do not offer food services.
