Gorgeous private Garden Studio in Subiaco, fully-equipped including evaporative cooler for the summer months and set in a lovely private garden. Spacious & new, with a lovely aspect to the garden including outdoor table & chairs (and BBQ on request) on a small brick patio.

The studio is a "stones throw" from Subiaco village which has a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It's also close to the city, Perth nightlife & beaches by car, bus or rail. Ample street parking available.

Lovely stay in Perth

I had a great stay at the studio. When I entered the studio soft music and atmospheric light welcomed me, a warm welcome! The studio is practical and comfortable. The studio is located in a quiet part of the Subiaco district. The city center of Perth can be reached in just 15 minutes by public transport. Although we didn't meet in person, communication with the host was excellent. I appreciated that the studio offered a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. In my opinion, the studio is highly recommended if you're traveling to Perth.

Fantastic stay in Perth

The studio is perfectly located in Subiaco in a wonderful suburb of Perth with nice restaurants and everything you need, especially for breakfast. You can also spend a nice evening on the terrace of the studio. The studio is well equiped, absolutely clean and we found also some drinks in the fridge upon our arrival. Peter and Roland were great hosts!

My holiday haven.

I was most impressed with this Subiaco property. The host was a pleasure to deal with. The accommodation was very comfortable and allowed an easy stroll to a french Patisserie and cafe's. It was so easy to stay in the lovely garden studio apartment. This will be my go-to when next looking for accommodation in Subiaco!

Great location yet quite and private

Beautiful Subiaco

Such a fantastic location - close to shops, cafes (patisseries) and the wonderful Kings Park & Perth Botanical Gardens. The studio was delightful - just perfect for my short stay - and the hosts very helpful - providing me with lots of information about the area. I wish my stay could have been longer!

Welcoming Quaint cottage, private and comfortable. Just minutes to everything transportation, restaurants, cafes, shopping ! Excellent location. Host went above and beyond...fresh cut roses, soft music, lights on for my late arrival, . Nice touch. Highly recommend this accomodation. Look forward to returning

The studio cottage was ideal for two people, close to Subiaco's shops, not too far from Kings Park, and the train station a short distance away with fast connections to the city and beyond. Just delightful!
