It includes a salted water swimming pool and multilingual and friendly staff.
Our bedrooms has sea view, hot water, wifi and private private bathroom. It is ideally for a couple, a family with kids or a person in a business trip.
The guests can prepare their own barbecue and have an excelent time with their friends and family.
The neighborhood is very safe has it is located near the residences of some diplomats, politicians and renowed business people in Cabo Verde.

Villa à Praia

Bon séjour dans cette villa à Praia. Bien située en bord de l'océan, dans un quartier calme, avec magasins à 15mn à pieds. Plus de précisions dans l'annonce nous auraient permis de mieux comprendre que la location ne concernait pas toute la villa. Ainsi notre accès à la cuisine a été autorisée pour que nous puissions cuisiner, mais semblait peu usuel car espace partagé avec le propriétaire. Propriétaire très réactif et accommodant, et qui habite un des étages de la villa.

We booked all the rooms in the house (4 rooms for 7 people, max 16 pax). Paulo confirmed that we would have the whole house for ourselves, which was part true because we shared the commons (living room, kitchen, pool, terrace) with the family living here, their friends and staff. If you are looking for privacy and intimacy, this is not it. The rooms are simple and beds not very comfortable, bathrooms basic and not very clean. In the kitchen it was anarchy : no water evacuation for the sink, no dedicated dishes/tableware, and you have to cook sometimes at the same time as the family so not everything is available for preparation. We arrived on January 1st and on the first night, we couldn't sleep because the neighbour was having a party with very very loud music... On the second day, we had a power outage so we ended up washind the dishes in the bathtub with a flashlight... If we have to end on a positive note, the breakfast was indeed included and pretty good, and Paulo's family is nice, but if you want to stay at their house you have to know what to expect... : rooms and beds in a house, not an independant apartment (and the description on Abritel/Homeway/Homelidays is very poor).
