The place was dirty, dead cockroach by the baseboard going into bedroom. Furniture looked like it should be in a garage sale. It had broken tile on the floors. Mold in the grout around the tub. The a/c vents were so dirty that apparently have been there awhile. The only thing the management company said they could do is bring the cleaning service back in which they did. I spoke to the cleaning lady and she said the place needed a deep clean and she could not do that. The grout on the tile was black. Towels had stains on the and dust was thick on top of refrigerator. I spoke to the manager and he said he could not move us and really people don’t come here for the condo they come for the beach…. Are you kidding me…. I knew I was not dealing with a competent manager or company!! This had to be the worse place we have ever rented. If you want pictures I have them!!!

No one told us about beach restoration. No beach access and they worked 24 hours a day! We should have been told about this ahead of time. Not happy at all. We paid for beach front and got a construction site!

Extensive construction going on and the day we left they were getting ready to dredge the beach. When we got there we had to get the keys from a lock box. When we got to our room the keys did Not work! I called and it took a while, after a long day of travel, but someone finally brought us A key! The only key there was!The condo itself needs the decor updated. The kitchen stove only had two working burners. The location Was great though.
