Come relax and enjoy one of Rhode Islands best beach towns. This well-equipped house is conveniently located less than a half-mile from Narragansett Town Beach. Also within close walking distance are restaurants, shopping, a playground, basketball court and more.

The updated kitchen features newer cabinets, granite counter tops, and tile flooring. The top level has a full kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with cable! The bottom level has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath plus an additional sitting area and extra fridge!

Enjoy cocktails and barbecues on the expanded deck off the main floor. Sliding glass doors on the lower level open to the spacious, fenced-in back yard.

Great for Families!

We loved our stay! The house was within close walking distance to the beach, had a great back yard and outdoor shower, and very comfy beds. The downstairs apartment was perfect for the family members traveling with us, although if you want to cook there, be aware that the downstairs kitchen is not entirely functional (the stove was disconnected and the sink was being used by the de-humidifier). However, the upstairs kitchen was fully functional and had more than enough space for us all to cook, hang out, etc. The living room has lots of comfortable seating, and the three included beach passes were such a bonus! We had such a wonderful time, and would a absolutely come back again next year. Thank you!

Family vacation

Property management was friendly and easy to deal with and kept in touch. Had one issue with a tv and was handled quickly. The house was just as described, loved the fenced in backyard, for the kids! Location was perfect and the beach passes were a great added bonus! Would definitely rent again💚
