You can park the car and forget it as you won't need to venture further than an easy 10-minute stroll to enjoy the best that Port Stephens has to offer.

This 3-bedroom unit is a lovely unit for a family or friends looking for a seaside getaway in Port Stephens. The balcony offers beautiful views of the leafy reserve and out over the water, and you can open the doors to the living room right up to allow the views and refreshing sea breeze to flow throughout the apartment. Prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen which offers an oven, microwave and full fridge/freezer, or opt for alfresco cooking with a view and grill seafood or snags on the BBQ out on the covered balcony.

The Position of property was good

The Furniture was too old like Tv , and Fridge and there was no Wi-Fi Internet.

Good location but everything else is below average

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As previous reviewers reported, room amenities are very out dated, beds are extremely uncomfortable(double beds).Furniture smelt old and stale.Freezer is broken(full of ice so were were not able to put anything in it). Value for money is very poor. Was not worth paying more than $300/night.

Girls weekend

Neighbourhood friends had a birthday weekend taking in the sites and dining. The apartment was great. Older in style but everything needed was available. Great location to walk to diner and wharf. Only downside was no Wi-fi

Great location

We had a bumpy start at checkin at 2pm being told out apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet and needed to wait until after 3pm. On arrival at 330pm we discovered the room still hadn’t been cleaned and I called the manager. We had to wait for a cleaner to arrive. After they left I noticed the bathroom was still forgotten! I called out to cleaner who quickly cleaned the toilet, shower and sink. 430pm the apartment was finally ready. I found it disconcerting especially during covid times that a more thorough clean wasn’t done. Floors were vacuumed but not mopped. This included the bathroom. The walls were paper thin to the next apartment so we had trouble getting to sleep on a couple of nights. On a positive note we did however think the apartment was a good size and good bedding configuration for us. ALso location and view from balcony was really great.

Unexpected

On arrival all seemed pretty good. On further inspection there weren’t any towels or linen (I had requested this in booking) when I phoned I was advised this would be an extra substantial cost Then my grandson (Four) found a packet of Endone in the lounge. The packet was for 8 and 6 were missing. Panic!! I had booked until the Monday but due to the finding of opiates we vacated early Sunday morning (medical attention sought urgently) Not a good holiday
