Another one of Island Rum Suites Collection! Super sweet is this little suite! It's clean, beachy, walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach, local shopping, restaurants, nature parks, trails, marina, fishing and even a water park!
Guest will park in the marked parking area and follow the shell walkway to "The Sweet" There is plenty of lighting if you should arrive late. The lights are motion sensor and solar.
This unit sleeps 2 comfortably on a King Size bed.
It has a stall shower, high rise toilet and a vanity with plenty of lighting. All bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and clean fresh linens are included.
The well stocked kitchen for cooking and dining, medium size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, a 2 burner stovetop and cookware.
There is free WiFi....BLAZING fast Spectrum internet and a TV with access to all the streaming services. Some are free or you can login to your own Netflix, Hulu HOBGO, etc.
Outdoor patio with a charcoal grill for grilling and sunbathing as well as a fire pit. Beach chairs, towels, cooler and beach wagon are provided.
Best of all guests receive a local favorite super rummy Island Rum Cake and a gift certificate to PJ's Oyster Bar with every stay!
Entry is a keyless touch pad to make it easy for you and we change the code for each guest for safety and security.
If you have any questions or concerns any time before or during your stay, please call or text Lynne, we live very close by and can resolve most issues immediately!
We also are known for being clean freaks! We do wash all bedding, quilts, pillow shams and blankets between guests, most vacation rentals do not, so you can rest easy knowing this!

SOOOO CHARMING!!!

This place was perfect for my Mother and I to have a quick weekend getaway! It was close to everything and the host had thought of anything we might need while staying. Super quiet and cozy!!!

Cozy and Comfy

The Sweet was so cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We were still close enough to the beach and restaurants without having to deal with the noise all night. We will definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

We came to this area for our nephews wedding. The property was as listed, clean, and well appointed, and in the central location. All in all, an awesome stay!

Hi we are Lynne and Jeff owners of this cute little Sweet! We were married in 1980 and quickly relocated from upstate NY to the area. We have been hosting vacationers since 2015 and this is the newest of our collection, with awesome reviews, that we hope you will enjoy! I have been in the hospitality business for many years, so making you completely happy and getting 5 star reviews are my top priority! I also am the owner of Island Rum Cakes so you are going to enjoy a super rummy Island Rum Cake while you stay with us!

Why they chose this property

We bought the property on 1990 from the original owners, we lived across the street and saw the potential to give people a safe neighborhood to live in. We raised both of our boys here!

What makes this property unique

The location is the best around. You can walk to many stores, restaurants and most importantly the beautiful beach. Indian Rocks Beach is just a short walk as well. We hope you will fall in love with the area as we did so many years ago.
Check in is at 3pm, however I usually am ready for you before and will txt if ready early, you are welcome to check in before 3.
We stick to a strict check out at 10am in order to accommodate and have the place perfect for the next guests!
