Absolute Paradise offers spectacular ocean views from this beautifully designed second-row home, complete with an elevator, private pool, and convenient beach access directly across the street. The inverted floor plan maximizes both space and scenery, featuring open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas that are ideal for gathering with family and friends. A gas fireplace adds warmth and comfort for off-season stays.
The spacious, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, and ample counter space, making meal preparation a pleasure. The dining table comfortably seats ten, with additional seating for four at the kitchen counter. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, with tile in the bathrooms, adding both elegance and durability. Each of the five bedrooms includes its own private bathroom, providing comfort and privacy for every guest. The master bathroom features a large, handicap-friendly shower that accommodates wheelchair access.
Outdoor living is just as inviting, with plenty of deck and porch space offering both sunny and shaded areas to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze. Additional conveniences include flat-screen TVs throughout the home, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry room, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, picnic table, charcoal grill, and comfortable deck and porch seating. Family-friendly features such as a high chair and pack-n-play are also provided. Beach access is located between 155 & 157 Ocean Boulevard West for an easy walk to the shore.
Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) and towel sets (bath, hand, and washcloth) are provided for weekly rentals only. Beds are made upon arrival for weekly rentals only.

Excellent location

The property itself is very impressive - plenty of room for everyone and bedrooms being on multiple floors means you have some privacy. The location is fantastic - just a quick walk across the street and you're at the beach! The only thing that could have been better was the cleaning - there was a bit of trash that was left outside and the floors could've used a mop, but it was an easy fix and wasn't a huge deal. Unfortunately the tropical storm cut our trip in half, but we really enjoyed the time that we did have. The balcony was an awesome hangout.

Great experience

This was our family’s first time staying at Holden Beach and we would definitely do it again. The beach has a lot to offer. A few great restaurants, a lovely park, and of course a great family environment for a beach.

Beautiful House

The property was wonderful, and I would recommend this house to everyone. My complaints are with the management team.The house wasn't clean,the previous guest sheets were left inside the house and were not picked up until Tuesday. The only reason they were picked up was because I called. The elevator was broken, I called within an hour of checking in, they sent someone right away. He was great, but unfortunately could not fix it, and said he would be back. I had to call Wednesday to ask just for them to tell me they have to contact the elevator company. I had my 76yr old mother and 80yr Aunt with me. I would have appreciated a call to keep us in the loop.
