Additional amenities include ROKU and games. A ground floor renter's storage area has a second refrigerator, charcoal grill, and other outside amenities. You will enjoy the large outside shower with hot/cold water to finish off a great day at the beach. The beach access is only a 3 to 5 minute walk away with access located between 301 & 303 OBW. Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location with very easy beach access, essential for all the back-and-forth with small kids. The house has plenty of room and was very comfortable, plenty of beach gear, kitchenware, and a pack and play and high chair which were clutch for us. The only issue we had was that there were no paper products (other than one roll of TP which was much appreciated :) ) and most surprisingly, no towels of any kind! If we'd known, we would have brought them from home, but we ended up having to air dry the first day and then go out and buy bath, beach, and hand towels. I didn't want to dock a whole star for it, but it was highly inconvenient.

Great stay

For a last minute rental, we lucked out! Although not oceanfront, it was an easy walk to the beach. And from the crows nest you could see the ocean. I guess our only complaint was that there wasn't an opportunity to recycle. The management co explained that renters had been putting trash in the recycle bins, so they took the bins away. The house was very well appointed and the kitchen was very well equipped!

Well equipped rental home

The house is well designed and equipped. Easy access to the beach. The floors were not cleaned and sand was on the floor, but an easy clean with a broom. The kitchen sink was stopped up and the bathroom next to the kitchen had ants in the tub.
