Cheers - Sea views Free Wifi On the Esplanade

CHEERS is a lovely modern 2 storey, 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 14 guests and is on the Esplanade and has excellent seaview's across the bay! Free Wifi is now available!

Upstairs is an open plan kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, Lavazza A Modo Mia coffee machine (BYO Coffee Pods), lounge area with plasma TV, DVD, stainless steel ceiling fans, split system air-conditioning, main bedroom has an en-suite with vanity, walk in shower and w/c.

The floor to ceiling window and doors open out to an excellent wrap around balcony with the outdoor setting, a 7 burner gas BBQ and a fantastic balcony breakfast bar with an excellent view of the bay, enjoy your breakfast at sunrise on the wide front veranda or relax with an evening drink and take in the beautiful views.

Downstairs boasts another large living area where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views or play pool, it opens up to another entertaining area with an outdoor shower at the entrance of the house. There is a plasma TV, DVD Player (BYO dvd's), stainless steel ceiling fans and air conditioning. There are 3 large bedrooms a second bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and bath, separate w/c, laundry with top loading washing machine, dryer, and an additional fridge.

Bed configuration - upstairs - bed 1 - queen, downstairs - bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 1 bunk plus tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top, bed 4 - 1 bunk plus tri-bunk.

Fish cleaning facility, parking room for 2 cars and 2 boats.

Pillows and quilts provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

No smoking inside

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any evidence of pets or sighted at property will result in loss of bond

15% discount on Winter off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We had children aged 0-16yrs with us, and the bedrooms allowed sleeping for all, and were spacious that we could set up portacots etc. The living areas were also spacious and comfortable, with upstairs having a balcony, which allowed for us all to sit and enough the serenity. We will definitely stay here again in future.

Great for a couple of families

Very relaxing space to stay with all the comforts and essentials of home. Kids were never at a loose end with the pool table to hover around. Split level meant that our large families could spread them selves out with two DVD players to enjoy some down time with a selection of movies available. The ocean view is a treat and access to the beach just across the road. The jetty is a short walk and we caught salmon all week. Also a good location for a day trip to the National Park.

Not as good as our previous visit

This is our second time staying in this house, it was not as clean as last time. I didn’t dare use the coffee machine as it was filthy. There was rubbish blowing all around the house and yard, the blinds in the bedrooms are useless as they do not provide any privacy, neither do they block out the sun. The mattress upstairs is rock hard and has damaged our backs. The positives are the beautiful views and the lovely large deck upstairs.

Wonderful property right on the Esplanade, Amazing house inside and out. Great deck to enjoy those sunsets and early mornings. Great neighbours and a wonderful country seaside town. Hope to return.

Cheers is a very relaxing place to stay with great amenities. Pool table and loads of DVDS make it good for keeping everyone entertained when not walking and enjoying the scenery. Well worth the trip.
