Summary:
This is one of those properties that you will never want to leave once you check-in. Set on 10 acres of natural bushland, there is so much on offer here. Once you turn onto the dirt road that leads you up to the property, you immediately slow down and switch to relax mode. Out the front of the property, there is an undercover carport that leads you to the front door. The wow factor will hit you the minute you open the door and it could come from the breath-taking ocean views and surrounds, or maybe it could come from the tasteful decor and furnishings, but it will come. Maybe it's in the comfy bed and private balcony that opens up from your mezzanine bedroom that overlooks the living areas. Perhaps you will get it as you slide the enormous doors open while you sit and have your breakfast with your views of the lighthouse. You'll definitely get it as you are soaking in the deep bath whilst looking out the windows that surround the bathroom onto natural bushland. If all that isn't enough downstairs there is another self contained space, accessed via an external staircase, containing a bedroom/sitting room with sofa bed, en-suite, fridge and small combustion heater. Middle level is the living area including new state of the art kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, double fridge), large lounge/dining room with open fire place, TV, 2x DVD, CD, Elec heating, bathroom and laundry. All bedrooms have television points. Extensive front deck which has excellent views of the Aireys Inlet lighthouse and inlet, with large gas BBQ. This property has been designed with relaxation in mind, the perfect place to unwind after a hectic week. ++Please note the 2nd bedroom is only accessible via external stairs and not from the main residence.

Payment Terms – If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservations.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive an email providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this email at approximately 9am. In order for this email to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
