Wayfarer Guest House is a small, nice and cozy family-run guest house located in the heart of the historical city of Melaka (Malacca). Located along the historic Melaka river with stunning views of the river and only a short distance away from Jonker Walk (Jonker Street), historical sites, shopping centres and popular eateries.

This room has a queen size bed, attached bathroom with hot shower and air-conditioning. We do not provide breakfast but we provide free coffee, tea and snacks.

I currently live with my wife and parents in this guest house. I grew up in Johor Bahru and eventually settled in Melaka.

Why they chose this property

My parents bought this place some 10 years ago as their retirement plan. I am now assisting them in running this place. Located in the city centre, this is a very convenient place to move around.

What makes this property unique

We have restored this house from a abandoned warehouse into one that is more homely now. We tried to retain as much of its heritage value as possible, while incorporating some modern designs into it too.
