House rules:
You can't use it. Glass ware in the pool
You cannot change furniture settings
You cannot smoke inside the main house
Dogs cannot sleep in the main house
You cannot bring extra guests or guests without permission from the landlord (extra TX will be counted)
The renter and his guests are responsible for any occurrences within the property, both civilly, and criminally
The renter will bear all expenses to repair possible damages that may occur during his stay
Responsibility for the supervision of minors is the sole and total responsibility of the lessee
It is not allowed to hold any type of event without authorization from the landlord
The house is simple and rustic and we don't have wifi
