Cozy Summer House on Idyllic Waterfront at The Manor at Panmure

Lovely custom-designed waterfront, two storey Summer House with approximately 1100 square feet of living space with an attached screened porch located on Panmure Island. The Summer House which is part of The Manor at Panmure is situated with a north-north west view of Cardigan Bay and Georgetown making it ideal for watching sunsets. You have access to our private beach from our property. It is ideal for a couple or family of 4. Enjoy beautiful long walks on the sandbar at low-tide.

The downstairs is comprised of a living and dining room, kitchen and one bedroom with two twin beds with an adjacent full bath. There are large windows (with pulldown shades) throughout the main floor including windows that overlook the front private lawn and Cardigan Bay. The kitchen is designed and equipped with all modern conveniences - cabinets, dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, small kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, food processor, etc.). Plenty of plates, glasses, serving pieces, cooking and baking necessities, lobster pot, looking cutlery/utensils. Groceries and supplies can be purchases at stories in Montague (15-20 minute drive away). Downstairs bathroom contains towels and soaps and there is also a washer/dryer with supplies provided.

The second bedroom and bath occupy the second floor as a bedroom suite with a small sitting area and view of Cardigan Bay. The room contains a queen-sized bed with designer linens, comforter and quilt and oak head and footboard with matching nightstands and armoire. The beautiful windows allow plenty of sunlight.

Enjoy the beautiful screened porch with oak rocking chairs and a gas BBQ. A wonderful place to read, catch a nap or enjoy a nice glass of wine!

Amazing vacation

The cottage and property were even more amazing than we had anticipated. This vacation retreat far exceeded our expectations. The cottage has all the amenities you could hope for. The property itself allowed for endless outdoor entertainment. One of our most memorable experiences was exploring the shore while the tide was out. The host, Mahmood, goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is a memorable one. For our family of 4 with 2 children it was just perfect. Truly, an exceptional place in PEI.

Simply Amazing

We absolutely loved the cottage. We celebrated our sons 18th on the Island and the cottage was a perfect place to relax for our family of 4. The grounds gave us plenty of space to throw frisbee and enjoy the ocean breeze. Hitting baseballs on the sandbar during low tide was unbelievable. Mahmood was such a gracious host showing up with cookies one evening. Take him up on a morning coffee at the house, you won’t be disappointed. We will be back.
