This property offers the bedding configuration of two queen beds and a set of bunk beds. Mitilene is one of two units in the complex, which have a communal laundry and entertaining area.

South West Rocks is situated only a short drive off the Pacific Highway between Coffs Harbour and Port Macquarie. South West Rocks is a beautiful seaside holiday village that is home to the best beaches and scenic views on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales.

The crystal clear waters of Trial Bay or Horseshoe Bay, are ideal swimming for the family with small children. For the more experienced surfers the beaches to visit include Smoky Cape Beach, The Gap and Little Bay.
If you are feeling energetic you can hire catamarans, windsurfers, surf skis, stand-up paddle boards, pushbikes, diving equipment, small fishing boats or hire a fishing charter to go deep sea fishing.

If you would like to just relax, you can lay on one of our beautiful beaches or you can fish the banks of the Macleay River or any of our pristine beaches, as South West Rocks is renowned as one of the best fishing spots on the east coast.
The historic Trial Bay Gaol, Smoky Cape Lighthouse, and the walking trails through the Arakoon State Recreation Park are just a few of the natural attractions on offer. Explore the Rocky headlands, unspoiled beaches or just sit back and enjoy spectacular scenery around you.

Our sub-tropical climate has mild winters and moderate summers, offering crystal clear waters in which to swim, making South West Rocks a beautiful holiday destination all year round.

The location was excellent.

Although it had everything you needed and the location was brillant , I was dissappointing with the cleanliness. The screens need replacing ( most had holes ) and the draw in main bedroom had no handles. The dirty laundry was left at the front for most of the week and no gas for the bbq. I had to clean the washing machine before I could use it.

Great Location

Mitilene is a small apartment (only half the house) but is well appointed and in a great location. Nice to have the veranda to sit on along two sides of the building. Bathroom is small and of an older style. No carport or parking space. Good kitchen, large TV, comfortable beds. You can hear the surf at night. I would stay here again.

Beach shack bliss

The house is quaint and quite. Reminiscent of family beach holidays when I was a kid. The property was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. I could not recommend this place enough!
