A half a mile from Cooks Brook Beach sits this large home called Horseshoe Landing. It's big enough for family reunions or multiple families and feels like three homes in one. It has four levels that contain 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 kitchens and a coffee/wine bar. It's the perfect home to vacation in with multiple families, who at the end of the day, want their own space.

The main level has a full kitchen, large living room and dining room along with an upper level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The middle level has its own living room and wine/coffee bar along with a laundry room and 2 full baths.

The lower level has one bedroom, full bath, living room and kitchen.

A pool, outdoor kitchen, living room, gas fire pit, outdoor shower, Weber grill and pizza oven complete your outdoor living needs.

** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. ** This charge has to be manually added to the booking or can be taken care of directly with the owners.

This was one of the best vacation homes we have ever rented. The outside area is especially amazing for gathering family to have fun. We loved the pool, fire pits, outdoor kitchen and plentiful seating. They also thoughtfully provided a lot of shade options. The inside was also very well-equipped and nicely decorated. All of the beds were really comfortable and all of the showers were great as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent extended family stay

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation, with room to spare. We all loved the huge pool, firepit, air conditioning, pizza oven, and game room. Definitely recommended for large groups. Communication with Brianna was prompt and easy, she was available for any questions.

Stay for Girls Trip

We absolutely loved staying at Brianna's house. It was perfect for 15 women for a weekend. The heated pool was so great, and the patio area was perfect. We had both firepits going and it felt like a resort. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out, sleep, get ready, etc. There are multiple kitchens and fridges which was awesome. We would love to come back!

Perfect family getaway

This house was the perfect spot for our extended family to vacation at. Between the multiple living areas and kitchen, we had more than enough space to spread out and relax. The new pool area is beautiful and the little kids loved the little playground. We visited the nearby beach at low tide and had lots of fun looking for sea creatures. The owners were very accommodating and responsive. We'd love to return in the future.

Spacious home with amazing pool

I stayed here for a birthday party with 15 girls and it was perfect for our large group. There were three separate kitchens and five bathrooms so there is plenty of space for us all. There was also plenty of parking. The pool was definitely a highlight for our group. We loved that it was a heated saltwater pool and we also loved the outdoor shower. The host was excellent to communicate with her and was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to anything we needed. She even helped send me recommendations for a group boat tour and really went above and beyond. Would definitely stay again if I had a large group.

we came to eastham for a wedding and rented this property with a group of 14 high school best friends. we haven’t all gotten away together since college and this property was absolutely PERFECT! its even nicer than the listing photos. clean, spacious, updated, with an amazing outdoor space for quality time. the possibilities are really endless here - we grilled, played volleyball, did yoga, sat around the fire, played in the pool like kids again, and there was enough space for 14 adults to sleep comfortably and have enough space to get ready for the wedding. we were truly blown away - highly recommend this property!

Best house ever

This house is amazing. Rented it for the weekend with a group of friends for a quintessential summer weekend down the cape. We had so much fun using the gorgeous pool, pizza oven, volleyball court, shuffle board table, and fire pit. Beautiful Cahoon Hollow Beach is just a short drive away. The house is HUGE with plenty of rooms and bathrooms and parking space for a big group. Would be perfect for multiple families or any big group. This house has everything you need! The owner Brianna is super nice, responsive, and close by if you need anything. We could tell she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and have fun. Everyone in my group commented that this was the best group house we’ve ever rented. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect for large groups with kids

Great place, was perfect for a big group. Within a walk to a calm bay side beach if you have young kids and a quick drive/little bit of a bike ride to the national sea shore for bigger surf. Pool was awesome to come home too. Good places to eat not far away, and Ptown is close for a fun afternoon/night.

Girls weekend at Eastham

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. With a backyard like this, there is no reason to leave the house. The in-ground pool is a perfect oasis, but if you would rather the beach, it is only a short walk away. Briana made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond with the few questions we had. This property is perfect for groups of friends, families or anything in between!

Amazing House!

Such a great weekend at ‘Horseshoe Landing’. The house was perfect for our long weekend get away. So much space for everyone, the pool is also massive! Brianna was responsive and communicative all weekend. Could not have had a better all around experience!

Great family outing at Horseshoe Landing!

The property is massive with more rooms and activities than you could possibly count — many TVs, couches, bedrooms, tables and areas to congregate or just be left alone. We particularly enjoyed the outside dining table, picnic tables, and a large indoor dining table for the one chilly day we had. Brianna was very easy to work with and genuinely cares about providing an enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect house for golf weekend!

This house was perfect for a golf weekend getaway with 12 guys in mid-September. The house was in great shape, clean and plenty of room for everyone to move around and sleep. The sand volleyball court was a nice bonus and heavily used throughout the weekend. The only downside to the volleyball is the netting to prevent it from going down the hill into the woods wasn't all that effective which required us to head down the steep hill covered in brush to find the ball. The brand new heated pool was exactly what we all needed after golfing all day and Brianna (the owner/property manager) specifically made sure it would be open for us while most other owners were closing down their pools after labor day so we really appreciated that. We used the pizza oven both nights and it was a huge hit. Brianna was beyond helpful and responded to all questions and request in a timely manner. The house is uniquely designed with 3 kitchens and plenty of areas to hang out. There's also a shuffleboard table which was another highlight. The driveway was huge and can fit 10-12 cars easily, however, there was a huge RV trailer parked there which was not advertised online. I would definitely recommend this to a group of guys/girls looking to get away for a few days or even multiple families looking to head to the beaches. Thanks for a great weekend!

Family Gathering

We had anywhere from 9-14 people at one time! Some going some coming some staying. The house is uniquely designed as there comfortable adjoining units which provided privacy and lots of room. We went to bed an the kids 30-40 were able to party without disturbing us. The pool is fabulous w a great surround an a deck off the main kitchen. It is a heated salt water pool. Excellent since we could NOT swim at the beach because of shark sightings! There were a few glitches but they err quickly resolved by Brianna the house agent. Excellent location roomy clean well appointed home.

A wonderful house and host!

What a wonderful week we had! This house is perfect for multiple families or larger families who need multiple bedrooms. The house is well equipped and incredibly comfortable! The owners went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and any little minor issues were fixed quickly! The location was great and the pool is glorious!! Sad we never got around to using the pizza oven but it just means we'll need to book another stay at Horseshoe Landing!!

Why they chose this property

We got married here on Cape Cod in 2000. We searched everywhere for a properties that could accommodate our wedding party and family. They didn't exist, so we decided to start creating them.
We were excited to of purchased this property in 2018, a great addition to our collection. We have done some major renovations to make this property a place you can't wait to come back to. Ask about our sister properties if you need additional accommodations within walking distance.
