Washer is also shared by both units, and is located in the outside shed. There is no dryer.
No smoking, and no pets permitted.
No parking permitted on pavers, under the house or over the water cap. Parking for 1st floor in in the front, only.
No additional A/C units allowed without owner s permission. No candles,
Under the House is reserved for second floor unit's use exclusively.
NO Charging of Electric Vehicles on the premises.
