Available in Spring, Summer, and Fall, and for Weekends, Chowderfest, and Holidays! Enjoy LBI in the Off-Season -- from October through May. Phone is shared by both floors -- long distance block.

Washer is also shared by both units, and is located in the outside shed. There is no dryer.

No smoking, and no pets permitted.

No parking permitted on pavers, under the house or over the water cap. Parking for 1st floor in in the front, only.

No additional A/C units allowed without owner s permission. No candles,



Under the House is reserved for second floor unit's use exclusively.



NO Charging of Electric Vehicles on the premises.

Delightful Place!

Despite cloudy rainy weather, my stay was most pleasant. I loved the quiet location, comfortable beds and nice amenities. The house is well stocked - anything you could need is in the kitchen and in quite nice condition, not the shabby things you often encounter in a rental! The only thing I might suggest to the owner is that a new sofa would be nice. While not terribly uncomfortable, it looks a bit tired with the sofa bed sagging. I love this rental and hope to return next year. Thank you!
