Three (3) bedrooms on the lst level -- one with access to a covered deck. Two (2) Queen sofa beds provided. Five (5) Flat Screen Smart TVs, one is in the Garage Game area. 3 highchairs, 1 stroller, beachcart, extra small refri in garage, pool table, 1 playpen, 1 portacrib Bunk set is single over double"
