Full of sunlight with windows on all sides and view of the 2 acres. Above detached garage with separate entrance and two keyed doors. Off street parking. One car preferred.
5 miles to Perimeter Mall and 285/400. Practically equidistant to 400, 285, and 75 making avoiding traffic very possible. Very convenient commute (5-10 mins) to Mercedes Benz USA HQ, AT&T, Cox Communications, First Data, St Josephs Hospital and more. 10-15 mins to Buckhead and Vinings.
Price includes utilities, 1 gig wireless internet, etc. Term of lease is negotiable.
