Room given was not the one featured on the Expedia ad, was “run down” in comparison. Total false advertising! The balcony overlooks 25 ft of roofing. Trash is emptied onto common walkway & collected periodically, so we had to manoeuvre around this to get into our unit. Unit had a musty smell, outdated furniture, & the Murphy bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. The TV in the bedroom area screamed like the 3 min warning every time the channel was changed & was essentially useless. The kitchen faucet & pipes banged & rattled every time was turned on to the point that the spray head was gyrating in and out of the holder! The curtains barely fit the patio windows, so maintaining privacy from overlooking buildings, & blocking light was an issue. None of the vertical blinds worked. You had to manually rotate each slat. There are no coat hangers, so bring your own. There were roaches in the room! They came to spray, but couldn’t spray the whole room because we were in it that day (raining). The INDOOR pool is a TOTAL DISGRACE. The hot tubs look like they have black mold all in them, the kids pool is not much better, & the adult pool had a film of “something” floating all over the surface of the water, like the filters don’t even work. The pool deck had an inch of dirt/debris under one of the tables. Area couldn’t have be cleaned in forever. The Health Dept should close that pool down! Unable to upload the photos & videos.
