About this property
Magnolia Place - Myrtle Beach 5 Blocks from the Ocean
This is our personal condo we rent and is maintained by my Wife, Jackie and Me (Elwin). It is located in on Myrtlewood Golf Course with a golf course view from the windows in the unit. The Ocean is 5 blocks away (apprx. 1 mile) not walkable but has public access paid parking at the end of 48th ave. Broadway at the Beach with over 100 shops, 16 Restaurants, night clubs, movie theaters and more is a mile away. BiLO Grocery is located 1/4 from the entrance to the complex.

We purchased this property for possible future use should be we relocate to be closer to grand babies and then we would have a place to return to visit friends.
What makes this property unique
1 Bedroom Condo with King Size Bed and pull out sofa bed. Fully equipped Kitchen for any cooking requirements you may have. Wash & Dryer and all linens are provided. Golf Course view from windows. There are on units on either side so there are lots of windows for lots of interior natural light. Elevator available, WIFI, Cable, & Pool Passes. There is no Camper, Trailer or Motor Cycle Parking allowed on Prmisis. This property is managed by one of the top HOA companies in Myrtle Beach with 24 hour security patroling the property for your safety.
