About this property

Ocean View Condo in the Dunes and Golden Mile area.

One of the best locations in Myrtle Beach right on N Ocean Blvd ... Our condo has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and each bedroom is a Master with a walk-in closet and remodeled bathroom (BR#1 king bed..BR#2 two XL twin beds and a pull out queen sofa bed in living area), updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Linens, towels, utilities, Cable TV (2TV's one in living area and one in BR#2) ,Internet and WiFi access are provided. Nice ocean view where you can watch the sun come up over the blue Atlantic. Just a short walk to the beach or enjoy our saltwater swimming pool.
Ocean View Towers is a family oriented mid-rise 2 building property. Only 34 units per building. This is our second home and we only rent to adults 25 years of age and over. We do not rent to groups. Parking is reserved for one vehicle only and is strictly enforced, however, limited public street parking is available on 77th Ave.
Golfers and Beach lovers … weather is great for outdoor activity. Enjoy sunning and walking on the beach or getting in 18 holes at 4 great courses within a 10 min drive and 20 plus courses within 20 to 45 min drive. The beach is so close you can see the ocean from the balcony.
Close to shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, golf and restaurants. Possibly the best value and location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

PLEASE Note: Due to the COVID-19 situation we have changed our check-in and Check-out hours to help ensure that there is time for additional cleaning. We encourage our guests to follow recommended CDC guidelines, social distancing, and wear appropriate face coverings.
*Pest control is the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Access to the condo is required.
*Rental golf carts, mopeds, and motorcycles are not allowed.

We had a great stay!! The location and amenities of the condo was perfect for our family! Everything we needed was right there. The beach was just a 5 minute walk and the pool was perfect for when we didn’t go to the beach.The condo had everything we needed and the space to spread out and relax!

The property was very well maintained, clean, beautifully landscaped and close to beach and many eating establishments and downtown, without being in a congested or noisy neighborhood. This particular condo was immaculate, very well appointed and spacious; a true 2 bedroom with spacious living and dining area. If you choose this property you won't be disappointed.

Good size,well stocked,close to beach.Furniture was comfortable. All the taps were somewhat difficult to turn off.The price was good.Host was very upfront with any Information.

Wonderful condo

We have enjoyed our stay immensely. It is about six minute walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and all the towels and bedding were provided. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. They also had beach towels and lounges. The washer and dryer were a huge plus. The only minor inconvenience we encountered as a water pressure in the master bathroom. The shower and the sink had very low water pressure. But that it did not spoil our vacation. We ended up using the other bathroom where everything was great. I would definitely recommend this place. It was very close to the beach and in the quiet neighborhood. Hopefully, we can come back next year

Spectacular

The pics and description still somehow fall short of just how incredible this place is. Nora has a slice of heaven in Myrtle and we were lucky enough to stay there for a week. The location is perfect. Literally close enough to any and everything you need and want to do. Walk or drive to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and golf. We were there for a National Dance Championship and the condo was a perfect headquarters for egtting ready and getting rest. The interior is cozy, has a great kitchen and the view you wish you had. The beds were comfy and most importantly it was relaxing. Super clean complex, friendly neighbors that we met, the kids even got a shark tooth from one neighbor who finds them on the beach each morning. We will definitely be back and I cannot say thank you enough for having this place available, affordable and just as ideally located as it is. Thank you again for making this family trip truly memorable and for being a great host. Your responses and extra information helped us a lot get our stay dialed in and made it that much more stress free. Until next year, take care.

We enjoyed our condo even though the weather wasn’t great for the weekend. The host, Nora was very nice sending reminders about the condo rules and regulations. We had everything that we needed in the condo. It is equipped with everything. The only concern my husband had, was the water pressure to the master shower. Other than that the location and the access to the beach, stores, and restaurants was great. We will definitely come back.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space and the little deck was a plus. It was a 1 block walk to the beach which was clean. The house even had beach chairs/towels. The complex had a pool which was handy. We were a 2 minute drive from a Publix and about 10-15 minutes from activities. Nora was quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend
