The property is in a great location central to the beach and the strip. Beware that the property staff does watch closely to every step that you make while on the property. Also, bring your own pool and beach towels. They weren't provided.

We got stuck in the elevator, called emergency line was sent to voicemail. Property workers were great and very helpful.. Asked for blankets but no one replied to us, we had to go and buy them. I would give a 6/10 for cleanliness. Not disgusting but not clean either. Area was great and close to all attractions and beach.

Hi, thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear about the elevator situation and the delay in response to your blanket request—that's not the service we aim to provide. I appreciate your kind words about our property workers and am glad the location suited your needs. We will review our communication protocols and cleaning standards to improve future stays. Thanks again for your feedback.

The place was very nice, but the furnace was out and it was cold. We arrived the day after snowfall. I have no idea how long the furnace was out but big fish gave us next to nothing and information a heater a portable heater and then another one they really didn’t want to give us a week later, but we were cold. That’s the first time I’ve ever been in somewhere where they didn’t keep you informed what was happening. in addition, we kept blowing a circuit the second one up from the bottom on the right hand side constantly went out probably 20 times a day some days.
