About this property
The Island Beach House
This is an Event Only property
There are 4 good size bedrooms, (one of the queen rooms is accessed through the 2nd living area), 2 living areas, both with split systems, the main living area is open plan and has a flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo. The 2nd living area is set up for the kids to have their own space as it has TV, DVD player, WII console and games and 4 x bean bags.
The kitchen has electric oven, gas cook top, dishwasher and microwave. The property includes 2 bathrooms, one en-suite and a main bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet. There is a porta cot and high chair for the little ones.
Out on the deck, accessed from the living area is an outdoor setting and BBQ for alfresco dining. The back yard is fully fenced and the gardens are beautifully landscaped. The property is also a short walk to the beach, boat ramp and cafe.
The laundry has washing machine and dryer.
*Please note that linen is not included when booking this property*
Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the Victorian Government has implemented a levy on short-stay accommodations. Starting January 1st, 2025, bookings of less than 28 days will incur the "short stay levy" in addition to the accommodation cost. For further details, please visit the SRO website.
