2 Bedroom (1 King, 2 Queen sofa)1 1/2 Bathroom (Sleeps 5). BEAUTIFUL POOL and HOT TUB AREA! Opens for the season May 25th-September 25th (Dates may vary due to unforeseen condo complex issues).

This 1st-floor Lakefront condo features comfortable furniture and many amenities with amazing views of the lake and islands. From beautiful sunset and sunrises to watching boats go by, the views from the sunroom windows and our private patio makes you truly feel like being on vacation. Also, enjoy the marina and our dock on the Portage River for kayaking , paddle boarding, fishing, or just relaxing and watching the boats go by.

Full well-appointed kitchen w/all appliances and everything needed to stay in and create your meals or plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The private master bedroom has a king bed, the living room has a comfortable leather sofa sectional with ottoman that turns into a bed. An oversized chair and side tables. The sunroom is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa that easily converts into a bed. A drape partition creates a semi-private second bedroom with a private bathroom. We recommend parties of no more than 4-5. No large parties or events please.

Enjoy vacationing in Port Clinton! Our Lake Erie getaway condo is within a short walking distance of the Jet Express for your island excursions, Dock's Beach House Restaurant with live entertainment and Tiki Bar with beach, Mr. Ed's Restaurant and Bar, and Jet Ski rental across the street. It is also a short walk to downtown Port Clinton with many great restaurants, shops, and public beaches. Near wineries, farm markets, and wonderful nearby parks for hiking and birdwatching! Close to nearby attractions such as Cedar Point, Marblehead Lighthouse, African Safari Wildlife Park. There is much to see and do in the area and a great place to go fishing and boating.

Resort style pool and hot tub with plenty of loungers and tables on the patio for your enjoyment! Enjoy the gas grills poolside and covered patio for outdoor dining. (There are also multiple charcoal grills throughout the condo complex.) Convenient changing room/bathroom in the pool area.

• Furnished kitchen/bathroom: provide some toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, hairdryer, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, first aid kit)

• Linens provided: sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels.

• Public boat launch about 1 mile west.

• 30 Ft boat dock available for an additional cost. (Please inquire with hosts.)

• 30 minutes or less to Sandusky, Cedar Point, Kalahari, African Safari Wildlife Park, East Harbor State Park, Camp Perry, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, Magee Marsh, Ferries to Put in Bay, Middle Bass, and Kelley's Island, Marblehead Lighthouse, Lakeside Chautauqua, Perry's Monument, Liberty Aviation Museum, Mon Ami Winery, and other fantastic area wineries and breweries.

Wonderful Week

We had a great time in this well appointed and very comfortable condo. The view of the lake,sunrise and sundown were breathtaking! We enjoyed local dining and trip to Put In Bay for lunch. The owners are so kind and responsive. We definitely recommend this condo.

Great sunset over the lake!

Place was very clean and comfortable. Super close to a couple restaurants. We enjoyed a very beautiful sunset over the lake the night of our arrival right from the cozy sun room up front! Great place for a couple's getaway, or small group.

Great little escape

Stayed a night and enjoyed the pool all afternoon. So relaxing and quiet in the area. The condo was super clean and nice. Everything was as expected and the owners were super responsive to our questions and needs.

Hideaway by the Lake

We enjoyed our two night stay on the edge of Port Clinton and near the “Warbler Capitol of the World.” The one bedroom condo was warmly decorated, well appointed and sited perfectly on the Lake shore just across the road. Managers were easily avaibke in the event of any questions.

Excellent Condo and Stay

The condo was beautiful with beautiful views of Lake Erie the bed was so comfortable felt like home away from home jimmy and Katy are so thoughtful in what they offer in the condo pool towels spices laundry soap ect. the pool/hot tub was so nice and spacious everyone was so nice I can’t wait to come back

Perfect Lake Erie Getaway

Love this property! The condo was decorated wonderfully and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the king bed (a big plus) was very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect and you couldn’t ask for a better view of the lake. Would definitely return!

The views of Lake Eerie from the sun room AAAAHHHH soothing. We finally got a gorgeous suset and the pictures are unbelievable. Oh and the 37 hooks throughout their place made for a great conversation piece between my wife and I. Easily 5 stars and would definitely recommend their 2nd home for a stay.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay! What a find this condo was! It’s so cozy and inviting! Jim and Katy were AMAZING with all details, even calling me personally to walk me through the tv instructions! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great one! The lake is directly across the street and the sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. We will be back!

Loved it!

The location and condo were amazing! We were basically on the water so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the beach. It was within walking distance of a nearby tiki bar and Jet Express. The check in email included plenty of recommendations for activities and food, which was super helpful! Amenities at the condo were also a nice touch! Our only complaint would be the toilet paper- definitely bring your own or buy some when you get up there!

gem on Lake Erie

We stayed at Harborside A1 for the eclipse 04/2024. We could not had been more happy with our stay. Jimmy and Katy were great host. Their condo is very comfortable and we enjoyed the decor. The view is unbelievable. The little town of Port Clinton is a very charming town with very good restaurants and shops. We would love to go back soon and stay in the same condo. I would like to thank Jimmy and Katy for being great host and so easy to work with.

You HAVE to stay here, if just for the view!!

Our host, Jim and Katy, made our second honeymoon so special. I can't thank them enough. We are newlyweds and our first honeymoon was so exhausting for my new bride, who is a long hauler. So I wanted to get her a view and cozy place to get away for a couple of days, because I work 7 days a week. Jim was so hospitable and kind and understanding of what we wanted and we enjoyed it so much we stayed 2 extra days!!! The view is breathtaking (my wife spent hours just looking out the window on the sunroof couch at the lake)! The condo was furnished just like a home, and everything worked and it was so relaxing. Walmart, restaurants and all within a 15 minute drive. I recommend the walleye at the Wild Wings restaurant. Big portions and everyone is so nice!! I look forward to being a "regular " client of Jim's and Katy's condo. They are the best hosts. You will throughly enjoy your stay with them!! Hello! We're Jim and Katy and we love nature in all kinds of weather, outdoor activities, and being near the water in our travels. We love exploring history and architecture, hiking around area nature preserves, listening to our local talented musicians, enjoying all the fantastic breweries, wineries, locally-sourced restaurants, exploring beaches for sea glass and other interesting finds, or just hanging out at tiki bars by the water with a cold drink. We finally have a lakefront getaway home in view of Lake Erie and the islands that we love so much and we are happy to share with you!

Jim is a fulltime lodging host. He enjoys fishing, fly tying, and boating in area rivers and lakes wherever we are, camping, Katy's cooking, and photography. Katy is an artist (fine arts & crafts and graphic/web design/illustration) currently working for NASA (3rd generation "NASA brat" working there for 25+ years) who is an avid cook/baker and enjoys mixing up recipes with herbs and essential oils and making teas, also enjoys photography. (You will see various photos and artwork around our "lake house" from our travels.) Also, enjoy having our Pembroke Welsh Corgi (Penny) with us wherever we go.

We love sharing what we love with others and happy to help with anything to make your visit in our getaway home a fun and enjoyable experience–ask us anything! We'll do what we can to accommodate you to get to know our area and you'll soon love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Harborside condos are situated on a peninsula between Lake Erie and the Portage River. We love being surrounded by water. This is our second condo here and we love that it's on the first floor with a patio that looks out to the lake and rocks.

The lake views are amazing and a wonderful place to just relax and unwind or many activities and attractions to enjoy in the area! Best pool in the area!

The condo complex is well-managed with beautiful landscaping and the pool area right outside our door is fantastic! This is the best location you can find in Port Clinton–you can walk to Jet Express and downtown, sit on the beach right in front of the condo and watch the sunset or jet ski or walk down to Dock’s Beach House for a drink in the tiki hut on the beach! We even have a 30' dock for boating!
