New tiny house available in the country on a 5 acre motocross track MX
Built in 2019, this tiny house is 404 sq ft and has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with a small kitchen and a pavilion. The property is called Clay Gully Mx is a 5 acre amateur mx track I built 17 years ago, It has electric, water and sewer, is on a small fishable lake and is nestled in Myakka City. You could bring your own motocross bikes down to Florida and ride a private secluded track and also visit the beaches and do the tourist route. There is a television and high speed internet. This has an old country feel in a newer house on beautiful country land. I have 20 acres here and the track is on 5 acres. This is a active private track on weekends that my friends and I ride during the day. We have guests that use the property as a private hotel and that is fine as well. If you are looking for 100% privacy, please communicate your needs so we can accommodate.
Motocross riding is an additional fee of $50 per rider per day and you must sign a waver before riding, wavers are inside the monster cooler in the pavilion

I love the country and I love MX, I still race but I like hanging with friends at the track. I built this track because I love this sport and always wanted to have a private track. This track is more difficult track than the average, but I have several new riders come out and have fun with us. This is set up for intermediate to advanced riders.
Why they chose this property
If your a rider, you know why. If your looking to just have a place to sleep, this will work, If you like the old Florida country, you will like this. There is 5 lakes on my 20 acres to fish.
