Enjoy relaxing Waterview Home. Golfing, Tennis, and Pool
Welcome to our home. Our home has a very spacious yard (over 1/2 an acre). It is a single family home detached. In the home there is space for 6 persons to sleep. Two can sleep in the downstairs bedroom's double bed. Two can sleep in the upstairs loft bedroom area, and two can sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. There are two full bathrooms. One downstairs, and one upstairs off the large family room/bonus room.
Our home is an open floor plan. Living room with very high ceilings (over 20 ft.), Dining area seats 4 and Kitchen table seats 4. We also have a very large Bonus room upstairs with a large sectional sofa and Flatscreen TV, Popcorn machine, and mini Frig. for your drinks.
Large TV/Bonus room upstairs with large leather sectional. 1 Full Bathroom upstairs.

What makes this property unique
You can't beat the living space you get for the price. Recently, my hardwood floors have been redone. So please leave your shoes off, or use socks or house shoes inside on the hardwood floors. I have recently upgraded my kitchen and downstairs bathroom with lovely Quartz countertops and new modern faucets. All this to make you feel special and appreciated. Please treat my home with the same care as you would hopefully treat your own home. Because there is a half wall upstairs in family room/loft and because of the flagstone patio, this property is not recommended for people with children under 13 years old.
