I’m town for family celebration

The location is perfect. Lots of stores & restaurants near by. Lots of good walking at McDowell Mountain. Easy to access the freeways. The condo complex is very quiet. Nice pools & work out room.

Great townhouse, heated pool!

Great place for two adults and three kids (one kid slept on couch in living room). Access to two pools/hot tubs. One pool is heated which we were thankful for this time of year. Home was clean. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Nice appliances. Would recommend!

Enjoyed Our First Visit To AZ

We were hoping to be located within good distance to shops, restaurants, golf courses, and hiking trails. We got all of the above and more! Great location and the condo was just the right size for us. My sister decided to join us at the last minute and it never felt crowded. The condo was in great condition, easy check in and out process, and Laura was always available and gave us the perfect spots to check out. The property was clean, two bathrooms for our group was just right, kitchen is updated and the laundry facility was a plus. We would love to visit again and definitely make sure we stay longer. Thank you Laura! We had a very memorable time!

Disappointed

This property looked great on the surface, but once we spent a little time there we noticed things like dirty and ripped bedding, ants and bugs in the beds and couch, what looked like urine on the walls and cabinets, just to name a few. In addition to that, the downstairs neighbor complained every single day about the smallest of noise. We have kids and they run around and are sometimes loud, but nothing out of the ordinary, This person should not be living under anyone given their tolerance for the slightest noise. Wish I would have booked a hotel after that experience.

I apologize that you received multiple complaints from the neighbors. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like neighbor interactions are simply out of our control. - We value the cleanliness and condition of the home. We ensure to professionally and thoroughly service the home prior to every guest's arrival. Before each visit, we do a thorough inspection and didn't see any issues with bugs, beddings or the cabinets but we will address if necessary. We continue to receive glowing 5-star reviews for our property. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

This place worked out okay for our family of five. We stayed three nights. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was mostly quiet. It would have been nice to turn off the house fan but that didn't seem possible. We like to cook on our trips and the kitchen could use a few improvements. The can opener didn't work at all and the toaster wouldn't stay down by itself. The kitchen was dimly lit and the living room light was also inadequate with two burned out bulbs, one when we got there and another by the time we left. The hair dryer in the master bath didn't work and the carpets in the bedrooms could use cleaning or replacement. The shower curtain rod in the master bath came down at one point. There was plenty of soap for every occasion needed. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer available. The Internet and cable seemed to work well. An additional chair was needed for the dining table since we had five people. The covered parking was great.

Lovely condo & close to everything!

While we had a few “glitches” along the way, they were promptly responded to and while there were some things that could be improved (replace carpeting in Master) the home was exceptionally equipped with convenient kitchen and bathroom/laundry supplies. Close to restaurants, groceries and a must try is Hash Kitchen for breakfast/brunch and their mimosas and Bloody Mary bar! Had a lovely stay and hope to return!

Cute and quiet spot in Scottsdale

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale and this condo was perfect for our trip. It was super easy to check in to and had everything we needed and more (towels, extra toiletries, laundry, games, etc). The pool was clean and quiet and we utilized the exercise room as well. There is an entire strip mall with lots of great shops and grocery around the corner. Literally everything was just steps away. We would definitely stay again!

Very Nice Condo

This property is very much as advertised--comfortable and very convenient to amenities. Owner easy to communicate with and very responsive. It is an upstairs unit, but that was not an issue for us. Very good option for this area of Scottsdale.

Immaculate Luxury Condo....

My husband and I spent 2 nites in this fabulous condo March 20-22.the condo is well located, safe and well stocked with just about anything you could wish for. Laura was easy to deal with and whomever decorated the condo, should get major kudos! There is a shopping center next door with a great store called AJ’s, Starbucks and a Safeway across the street. We were able to enjoy an easy walk to all of them. The pool and workout room are great and since the weather was beautiful enjoyed both of them. It would be great as a long term rental , but if there is an opening we will definitely be staying here again in March of next year, just longer.
