This 3-storey villa is spacious and has a living area of 120 square meters. The modern style incorporates the design concept of the wind, with new high-end furniture and electrical appliances, and the elegance reflects the traditional Japanese culture. There are four bedrooms on the floor, each with a variety of different bed types to suit the needs of different travellers. Equipped with 2 toilets and 2 showers, each area is a separate space.

On the second floor, you will find the common area and living space. Enjoy your favorite TV shows and movies on the grand sofa.
A fully-equipped kitchen is also provided for families who would like to cook a homemade meal. We welcome children of all ages, from infants to adolescents.

The location is perfect for using the trains around Tokyo! the neighborhood is also really convenient and lively, with a lot of convenience stores and restaurants near by. this is a great property for groups who want rome privacy as the bedrooms offer a lot of peace and quiet. We would stay here again for sure.

Overall, the place was nice and everything we needed. It had enough space and bathrooms for our group and the location was near to the train which was helpful. A couple of things do need updating however. The guidebook says nothing about how how to access hot water or the panels in the bathroom and tub room. It took us a long time to figure this out. Also, the place did have an initial odor when you walk in as if maybe a cat had lived there previously. After a bit of time I no longer noticed it but someone else also mentioned this in a review. One bed was also very hard. Others fine. A/C worked well.The biggest issue though was that taxis and Ubers had great difficulty finding the place using the address provided. If you don’t speak Japanese this is a major issue as I was almost late for my brother’s wedding because of this. The VRBO is down an alley way that is apparently difficult for people to find. My family that arrived after me was dropped off a 10 min walk from the house with all their luggage and on other occasions we were dropped off at different places not in front of the house. If you don’t plan on taking taxis or Ubers this may not be an issue for you. I was between a 3-4 stars because of these things, otherwise it was good.

Great house, great location

I visited Tokyo from the US with a family group of 10, and this house was perfect for us. It's a very short walk to the nearest train station, accessing the house was very easy, and it had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!

House was very nice and clean. We had relatives came to visit to have dinner together and accommodated everyone to gather. The host was very responsive when my son accidentally locked himself out the room. Good stay.

Great for larger groups and in a central location

I stayed here with a group of 8 people and it was perfect for what we needed! It was very easy to walk to cool spots nearby as well as to the train station. While the AC didn’t work too well on the second and third floors, it was expected in the hot Japanese summer. I would definitely recommend this place to larger groups or anyone who wants to experience Koreatown!

Amazing, highly recommend

Property manager/owner was amazing to communicate with. The house was so lovely to stay in and perfect for 2 x families with teenage kids. Great location as well, walking distance to everything you need. Great facilities. When I come back to Japan I would want to stay at this place again as it was fantastic. Thank you so much.

Perfect place for family of 5

We were in Tokyo for the marathon and this worked out perfectly! Short walk to the train station made getting around super easy and lots of food/grocery places nearby. The place was clean and as pictured/described. We were sad to leave!

Nice house for large family

Our family of 7 enjoyed this home; it had plenty of room for all of us and having two separate toilets was appreciated! It was very close to Okubo station, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. There were also many restaurants nearby and of course the 7-11 was our daily stop for drinks and snacks!

Perfect Location and Wonderful Host

Both the property and the location were perfect for our family of five (including two teenagers). Great Shinjuku location/access yet the property is on a quiet street. Kaoru, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions and needs, including assisting us in arranging transportation to and from the airport. Thank you!

Good location near train, musty smell

The placed smelled musty. We got used to it but could still smell it quite strongly throughout out stay. The bedrooms were pretty small, but otherwise the place was good. It is in a Korean neighborhood, very convenient, lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
