Why live in a cramped apartment while waiting for your new home to be built?!? Rent my beautiful new home in Margaritaville! It's fully furnished and ready for medium term rentals (3+ months). If you are familiar with Margaritaville, it is the Breeze model with a nice open floor plan and plenty of room. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the den has a twin pull out bed. The wrap around lanai has a dining table and BBQ, as well as a comfortable patio set to relax on and enjoy the wooded view. All utilities are included - including internet and cable!
