Ideal for you and your family to rest and have fun on the island at 135m from Ponta de Areai beach, considered the best of Itaparica Island .. House with pool, with 4 four being 3 suites, 2 with air conditioning, 01 bedroom, all with ceiling fan, large and equipped kitchen, laundry area, 5 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Poolside kiosk with barbecue and horizontal freezer. Large gourmet area inside the house with another barbecue.
We provide for your comfort: household items, bed and bath linen. The garage has capacity for 5 cars.

A casa é limpa, aconchegante. Cozinha equipada e lavanderia completa, fica muito bem localizado, é confortável, aconchegante, piscina muito boa, 2 churrasqueiras, 30m praia linda, a Praia Ponta de Areia.s . A casa é tão ventilada e o ar tão fresco que algumas noites dispensávamos o ventilador e ar-condicionado, a rua é muito tranquila, mercado,padaria,enfim tudo bem próximo. Tudo isso, sem falar da simpatia, da presteza, da gentileza dos proprietários. Amei , recomendo e voltarei.

Amazing and comfortable!!
I really recommend that amazing house to anyone who is looking somewhere to stay with confort , good localization, bed enough to a big group.
It’s a really nice and big house, with pool and stuff enough to enjoy with family and friends. Also it’s in a pretty good localization to who wants to explore city of Salvador and go to other city as Itacare, Ilheus, Valença, Morro de São Paulo and Boipeba!

Sempre que vou de férias ao Brasil, gosto de ficar nessa casa. Consigo reunir amigos e família para curtir um churrasco, etc .. tem capacidade para uma família grande, bastante área para lazer, próximo à praia, banheiros ótimos, ar condicionado.. TUDO DE BOM!!!!

Ótima localização, excelentes instalações e muito bom suporte do anfitrião. A casa tem ar condicionado em 02 cômodos, e 02 comodo ventilador, t garagem para 5 carros, amplo jardim, e ótima localidade , em um ponto tranquilo de ilha de Itaparica e ao mesmo tempo a 2 min a pé da praia de ponta de arreia, transporte fácil para visitar as outras praias.
