This spacious large 2 storey home , heaps of windows for that beautiful fresh sea breezes is suitated metres from the river and a few more steps to the beach.

The house will comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 guests

UPSTAIRS:- The main bedroom is private and spacious along with your own balconly with river views

Bedroom #2 has 1 king single bed

A single bed is also upstairs ( does not have its own room - but is great for a spare )

There is a great open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room also with a balcony with river views

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and is bright and airy also on this level the laundry has a top loader machine and clothes dryer

The kitchen is well equiped with everything you need for cooking up a storm - electric upright stove along with microwave & dishwasher

DOWNSTAIRS:- Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and has a 2 way toilet.

Bedroom # 4 has 2 single beds with very large built-in robes

A big and very comfortable lounge room with TV with enough space for everyone to enjoy

A outdoor BBQ area within the grassed fully enclosed yard makes a nice spot for entertaining and is fenced and gated so you can bring your dog if you wish

Overall this is a great house for your Wooli holiday. All you need for a relaxing stay here in our special spot on the coast. Only metres from both the river and the ocean. A short stroll to the cafe, bowling club, play ground, tennis court etc. Situated in this part of the village it is a walk or bike ride to everything or even a courtesy bus ride if needed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed with the way the house was presented. The place was not clean, there were cups, plates, pots and plans that were dirty, and had not been cleaned. The oven doesn't work correctly, this has been like this for at least two years now. I am aware of this house as I have stayed here previously, but last time it was clean and tidy. Not the case last week.

House was OK in terms of cleanliness, hard to avoid salt and stickiness. There was a bit of left over packets of chips etc.. under the furniture. We loved the light and airiness of the place and had everything in a well equipped kitchen. We will go again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect, I stayed here a few years ago and the property was excellent. However this trip found the house really musty and had dust debris on stairs and furniture etc. One of the downstairs bedroom door screens was laying on the ground so we couldn't have the door opened for fresh air. I'm not sure who is supposed to clean the premises but it looked like it had not been done for months. Sorry for the negative feedback
