The property offers plenty of parking, which is rare in this part of town, and can easily accommodate several cars and even a boat off the street.

The fully fenced yard is ideal for the four-legged members of the family if you wish to bring them on holiday. There is a boat ramp virtually opposite the house where you can launch the boat or kayak.

The main lounge has a Smart TV, DVD player and a range of DVDs. There is also a TV in the main bedroom.

The bowling club is a short walk away, as well as both river and beach accesses.
