About 180 miles from the bustling port of Seattle, Chelan is great for Washingtonians looking for a vacation in the sun! Located on the second floor of Chelan Resort Suites, you’ll be able to easily get to the nearby beach to have fun splashing around in the water.

Enjoy large windows with partial views of the lake from your second-floor condo. You’ll enjoy hanging out in the living room area, watching TV while someone in your group cooks in the kitchen. At mealtime, you’ll have a dining table with four chairs to enjoy your dinner.

Sleep in one of two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, or fit two more people on the sofabed in the living room. This home sleeps up to six guests!

Though this condo is a bit tired and could use some love, it's location close to the lake and convenient to town made for a pleasant few days in Chelan. The kitchen was well equipped for meals.

My personal experience

Besides the issue with the entry door access code and the dirty floors. The suite was clean and organize. The suite is located in a prime area. Super easy access to lake and dining. Parking space available which makes it very convenient.

Dirty, non-streaming and feeling rushed

Unit was not dusted and there were dirty handprints on the walls. Countertops were not wiped down. The floors were filthy - be careful walking barefoot because your feet will turn black! There was food left in the freezer. The online streaming services turn the TV off instead of going to the chosen service then it froze and buffered every few minutes - not exaggerating - making the whole experience unenjoyable. The 10:00 am check out is way too early for a family on vacation. Also the wall signs in the unit give conflicting check out times of 10:00 am and 11:00 am. 11:00 am check out is a standard time in every city I have visited in the US and abroad. This made me feel rushed and unwelcome on my last day there. I won't be going back and I will rethink using Vacasa if their other units are managed the same way.

Great Condo, come prepared

Well-equipped modern apartment, can easily sleep two couples. The sofabed for a 5th/6th person is really good only for kids - unless you pull out the mattress and put it on the floor. There's lots of light from the huge windows and some noise from the highway. So if you're a light sleeper, bring your eyeshades and earplugs and you'll be fine. The beach park is fine, but for all the rest you'll probably have to drive or ride a bike into town.

Great Place, But….

Can you please tell the property manager to not change the room codes at the end of the month without informing the guests beforehand? Would really save a lot of grief for people.

Short Stay

We've stayed in these condos several times; we love the location of the property. This condo is in need of some updating and could have been a little cleaner (it looked like it had been several weeks since the area below the beds had been swept, for example). Overall, I just think that the price is too high for the condition and cleanliness of the unit. With that said, we still enjoyed our stay!

Great location for a weekend stay.

Plenty of room for 2 couples and easy to get in and out of the building. Great lanai seating area and balcony. Only problem was the code to the pool did not work, but is was so nice we were on the lake all day anyway.

We loved that this was right on the lake and had park access. the condo was great the rooms nice my only complete would be that the hide a bed when you pulled it out it seemed broken. our two children slept on this and didn't much mind as they are young but there is no way an adult would sleep on this well. We also loved how close to slidewaters it was.

Beautiful condo, right on the water! Our rooms were clean and just as shown in photos. My only suggestion would be a bit more thoughtful touches. Most vacation rentals I’ve stayed in will at least provide a few bottled waters, local snacks, cofee. But other than that This place was perfect!

Having booked in April for August I rechecked the reviews a day prior to arrival and noticed recent reviews weren’t that great. One review mentioned the pull out bed was unusable which we were intending to use. I emailed the property manager regarding the pull out bed and within 30 mins had received an email and phone call, which I thought was good service. The unit was much better than I thought given some negative reviews of recent. The unit was clean, well stocked and great location to the lake and local park/kids playground. Ticked the boxes for our needs as we didn’t spend a lot of time hanging out in the apartment. The only negative comment was the property is situated on the main highway but not a major for us.

Nice Place but a bit noisy

Close to everything, nice unit, but also next to the busy highway with traffic noise. Since our HVAC unit didn't work the first night, windows and doors were open to help keep it tolerable (very hot), lots of noise.

Nice condo, had everything you would need. But directions on the wall about key box were confusing... since there are no key holes in the locks we assumed no keys... It says to return keys to a key box at the time off check out or you would be charged...We did not see any key boxes anywhere!!! Since there were only key pads on locks, we did not get any keys that we had to return. They should change check in and check out list there on the wall in the unit... just saying. Unit it self we had no issues with. But since we drive minivan and had cargo box on top parking spot was non existing. For that particular unit parking spot is more at the end of the garage witch means low ceilings, there is no way you can park anything but sedan (with nothing on the roof). Parking there on the weekend on the streets is very challenging. Other than parking issue everything was fine. Sadly we would not be able to return to this unit just because of parking. But I would recommend this place to anyone who drives smaller car.
