This is a spacious house and is a great location. It is only a couple of minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and the Farmers market, so it was great not to have to worry about parking in busy Matakana! Oliver is a great host, very helpful and accommodating.

Had everything that you would expect, tidy/clean, comfy beds, great spot. Awesome communication. The beers in the fridge was appreciated.

We enjoyed our short stay in Matakana very much.The house is very spacious with large rooms, was beautifully clean and with two heat pumps was nice and warm. Oliver was excellent to deal with and very thoughtful. Lovely chocolates and milk in the fridge, towels laid out and fresh soap were neat surprise and delights. Fantastic location as it's so close to the Matakana market and shops!

Spacious, homely, but could do with some fine tuning on maintenance. (Shelf in laundry repositioned up higher, Pantry door hinges, stick vaccum cleaner, remote battery for aircon in lounge. But over all a pleasent stay. recommend

Great location. The host was amazing, communication was always prompt and helpful. The amenities were great and there were some lovely small touches like milk and chocolates. For us, the bore water detracted from the stay. There was a terrible smell coming from the water every time we showered that stayed on our skin so this is the only reason for less stars.
