Fortunes Beach House is situated at north Peregian Beach, approximately 250metres to the golden sands & crystal clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.
The beach stretches from Coolum in the south, north to Sunshine Beach and Noosa National Park A leisurely 15minute stroll north, leads you to Marcus Beach’s off leash dog beach, where you can enjoy hours of fun with your furry friends.
If it’s great coffee, shops and restaurants you desire then a short walk or bicycle ride south will lead you to the friendly Village of Peregian, there is an IGA, Doctors, Chemists, a Pub with great food & music just to mention a few.
Markets are held in the foreshore park every second Sunday, The Peregian Originals live music event is held once a month at the same location.
World famous Noosa Heads and all its attractions is a scenic ten minute drive north along the coast road, a regular bus service operates along the coast road with a bus every half hour. Peregian Springs to the west has a challenging 18 hole Golf Course which is open to the public. Day trips to the stunning hinterland, Coloured Sands, Fraser Island and Australia Zoo are available to book through local tour companies with either door to door or nearby pick up available.
The house is in a safe, friendly beachside neighbourhood with plenty of parking available, it has ocean and hinterland views from the top lounge with glimpses from other areas of the home. The property is fully fenced and has separate outdoor entertainment areas to suite any weather condition or time of day.
The 10 metre swimming pool is situated on the northern sunny side of the property and is easily accessed from the main living areas, sun lounges and a large umbrella complete this stunning area, separate to the pool area is a tranquil undercover front deck that overlooks a grassed front yard featuring a large shady Poinciana with tropical plants around the perimeter.
