This beautiful 3-bedroom condo is a place you will never want to leave! Every window in the entire unit offers spectacular views of the gulf, the sound, and the entire Santa Rosa Island!
To get an even better look at the views, you just step out to the wrap around balcony! The balcony provides a place to sit and have your morning coffee, a glass of wine before dinner or a perfect place for a nap in one of the chaise lounges!
This unit was renovated in April 2014! The entire unit was repainted in a neutral color. It was decorated in muted beach colors which are found in the natural environment of the gulf coast! The living room and dining room have been refurnished with upscale furniture that is not only very chic but also very comfortable! This was all done by a local Pensacola designer! It is just beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice)!
The lay out of this unit makes it very easy to accommodate many people. All three bedrooms each have their own attached bathroom. You will also find a half bath off the kitchen and living room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a large walk in closet. It also has a patio door that opens to the balcony. The master bathroom is spacious with his and her sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.
The second and third bedrooms offer amazing views and plenty of space. One of these bedrooms has a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. For additional guest or children, the living room sofa is a sleeper and a blow-up mattress is stored in the closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all your basic cooking needs. The beautiful new dining room table seats eight and two additional bar stools are just a few feet away.
If you have never stayed at Portofino Island Resort you are in for a treat! Each of the five towers has its own pool and hot tub. Two additional outdoor pools and several hot tubs can be found at the club house as well as an indoor pool.
Portofino offers so many activities that it is hard to list them all! You can rent bikes, golf carts, and mopeds. You can take a ferry boat ride over to the main land or dine in the resort restaurant. You can also order drinks and sandwiches at the outside bar or from a waitress at the pool!
In the summer, different nights offer different exciting events. One night is movie night, another night fireworks and a disc jockey by the pool. Live music is also provided at different times! (check Portofino Island to get specific times and days).
