The villa is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac.
There is absolutely no noise.

Come stay in this wonderful architect-designed wooden house with green roof. The villa has 300 m² living space, 7 bedrooms, 7 marble bathrooms, and room for 16 guests.
5 bedrooms have very soft carpet floors, 2 bedrooms have nice wood floors.
Night lighting has been installed around the entire house for you. All bedroom windows have fly screens.
Sound systems in the living and dining area and all bedrooms.

Spacious American-style kitchen - 2 large refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 5-ring gas stove, built-in bar with glass rack.
Massive rustic sitting area with large fireplace.

The villa's highlight is the glass roof on the first floor, which offers a panoramic view, with a cosy couch.
100 m² bangkirai terrace with a big heated pool. The pool water stays at a temperature of 24° all year round. The pool is covered with a large party tent during the winter months. The terrace is located on the south side. The sun shines all day long, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape. The terrace has 2 bar tables, 6 regular tables, and 16 comfortable chairs (summer).
The wooden sauna with seating for 6 and a hot tub with seating for 5 are located in the garden. You can heat both of them yourself with wooden logs, which is lots of fun.
An in-ground trampoline has been installed for children.
The garden covers an area of 1000 m². The conifers have now grown tall. The ground floor cannot be easily seen into from the outside. You have utmost privacy.
A charcoal grill is available to entertain friends in the garden.

Lovely family holiday.

Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine.

Super Location, um mit der Großfamilie (auch inkl. Hund) Urlaub zu machen. In der Küche findet sich alles, was man für die Selbstverpflegung braucht, sogar *zwei* Spülmaschinen. Mit dem Auto gibt in der Umgebung diverse Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge/Unternehmungen, gerade im Sommer. Der Pool und das rundum eingezäunte Grundstück mit seinen Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind ein Highlight.

Tolles Anwesen, bestens vorbereitet für den Ansturm von 10 Erwachsenen mit 6 Kindern (2-13). Etsprechend riesige Küche, wo nicht mal Salz fehlte. Klasse Zimmer. Gute Anbindung an S-Bahn System Berlin in der Nähe.

- Super Erholung im großzügigen Ferienhaus - Pool, Sauna und Badefass haben allen Mitreisenden bestens gefallen - großer Garten mit Trampolin und Tischtennisplatte hat etwas zum Bewegen eingeladen - ansonsten war chillen und relaxen angesagt

Ein schönes Haus, aber zu teuer

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Ich habe mich für diesen hohen Preis jedoch darüber geärgert, dass die Bettwäsche und Handtücher extra bezahlt werden musste. Ebenso musste das Holz für den Kamin und die Sauna( die wir deshalb nicht benutzen konnten) selbst herangeschafft werden. Zudem tauchte die Vermieterin am Abreisetag schon vor 11:00 auf um uns aus dem Haus zu jagen. Auch die Hinweisschilder über zusätzliche entstehende Kosten wenn Anweisungen nicht befolgt würden, fanden wir unangenehm. Ich würde das Haus nicht nochmals buchen.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen. Das Haus läßt es an nichts fehlen. Großen Kühl/Gefrierschrank in der Küche und zusätzlich noch eine großen Kühlschrank auf der Terrasse, so hatte man auch genug Platz um immer ein gekühltes Getränk zu genießen. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr/Besteck und Gläser ausgestattet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Achtung vor dem Kleingedruckten !

Der Aufenthalt war gut aber das Benehmen der Hausbesitzer ,bzw. der Mutter des Hausbesitzers war bei der Schlussabnahme unter aller Würde . Alle Vorurteile über Ostdeutschland kamen mir in Erinnerung.Das darf eigentlich nicht mehr passieren.

Pentecost 2023

Es war echt cool! Wir hatten einen super tollen Aufenthalt über das Pfingstwochenende 2023. Ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekt für ein Familien- und Freundetreffen. Positive Erfahrung: das Badefass, die Zimmer, die Rasenfläche, ruhige Lage in der Wohngegend, die Gesamtausstattung, das Zelt über dem Pool, sehr familienfreundlich auch mit Kleinkindern Negative Erfahrung: das Badefass musste vor der Benutzung durchgespült werden, einige Sonnenliegen waren instabil (lose Schrauben), geringe Leistung des Backofens, Eingang in das Pool-Zelt etwas umständlich. Des weiteren gab es Unterschiede und Missverständnisse in der Beschreibung zur Endreinigung. Bei Fewo waren 400€ Reinigungsgebühr ausgeschrieben. Zur Rückgabe des Objekts wurden wir vom Vermieter unter anderem darauf hingewiesen, dass das Haus besenrein, der Grill gereinigt und aus sämtlichen Öfen die Asche entfernt sein muss. Das bitten wir in Zukunft entsprechend anzupassen um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Alles in Allem war es aber wunderschön :)

Familienauszeit in einem Relax-Haus

Positiv: Zimmereinrichtungen und Bäder waren prima, Terrasse mit Markisen super, viel Rasenfläche um optimal die Sonne zu genießen, Pool mit schöner Größe, ausreichend Inventar (insbesondere Weingläser!), um nicht ständig spülen zu müssen, zwei Spülmaschinen waren sehr willkommen, ebenso der Kaffee-Vollautomat. Super Kühlschränke, auch mit viel Eisfach-Volumen. viele TV, toll, dass Saunaofen mit Holz gefeuert werden kann. Toll ruhige Lage des Hauses. Nicht so positiv (bitte konstruktiv verstehen): mindestens eine Portion Holz (besser: mehrere kostenpflichtige) sollte vorrätig sein - ebenso ein Duftextrakt für die Sauna, dito ein oder zwei Tischtennisbälle. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sollte überdacht werden - bei allem Verständnis für stark gestiegene Energiekosten. 400 € für Reinigung sind schon recht extrem - ca. 3.600 € wäre bei drei Familien ca. 170 € pro Tag - da wären dann scharfe (oder geschärfte) Messer sicherlich gerechtfertigt. Ebenso ein komfortabler Korkenzieher. ABER dies sind Kleinigkeiten, die ich nur aufgrund des hohen Preises erwähne! Besten Gruß, Robert Flink

Das Haus ist sehr schön für einen Urlaub mit vielen Personen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Haus und es war optimal, für 5 Familien. Leider sind wir mit der Abwicklung nicht zufrieden. Obwohl wir das Haus einwandfrei sauber verlassen haben, erhielten wir bisher keine Kaution zurück. Dies ist mehr als 4 Wochen her. Hoffe, es klappt irgendwann einmal.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt

Das Haus hat den Erwartungen entsprochen und bot ausreichend Raum für Aktivitäten. Top ausgestattet und das jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Badezimmer hat ist bei der Personenanzahl natürlich purer Luxus. Wir sind froh, das Aufheizen des Pool gebucht zu haben, da wir drei Kleinkinder dabei hatten und Freude beim Plantschen im Pool garantiert war. Das Trampolin war der Hit bei den Kleinen. Vielen Dank für da mühelose Ein- und Auschecken. Es war toll!

Sehr schönes Objekt in super Lage für größere Gruppen

Gut ausgestattetes großes Haus in sehr ruhiger aber zentraler Lage. Wir waren mit unserer Familie da. Für alle Altersgruppen mehrere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten (wir waren von 1-66 Jahre) Alles vorhanden von großem Pool, Trampolin, Tischtennis, Tischfußball, Kamin, Badefass, DVD’s, CD’s und super großer Garten.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Alles war in Ordnung und sauber. Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe...alles in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden. Zwei Spülmaschinen sind bei so vielen Leuten praktisch. Der Pool war das Highlight und hat viel Spaß gemacht. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und das Trampolin wurde von unseren schon erwachsenen Kindern gern genutzt.

Nice, quiet retreat

Overall things were good. Check out process was a bit rough however as the mgt came early and we felt instead of it being a smooth handoff, we were being kicked out. Not a nice feeling

Perfektes Domizil für eine Woche mit Freunden

Super sauber, toll ausgestattet, hervorragende Betten! Die Nähe zu Berlin macht das Ganze noch attraktiver . Der Tip der Vermieterin über Erkner Berlin zu besuchen war super! Wir haben das Haus vor allem genutzt um gemeinsam zu kochen und Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen. Dafür sind sowohl Küche als auch die tollen großen Tische perfekt. Alles in allem auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!!
