Hello Angie, it is good to hear you had a great experience at my place. I wouldn't consider our beds super hard. We use firm matresses as that is what our regular guests prefer. I would recommend you inquire future host for things like matress firmness, etc. befoe you book. Don't expect host will have exactly what you need/want. That way you can always book a place that has exactly what you want. Thans again for your stay.

Water

The shower off the main bathroom was only hot and hotter. The other bathroom shower wasn’t as hot. The sheet in the main bedroom had a tear. My grandkids did visit me for snacks and games. That is why I visited. I spent most of my time with family.

Hello Kaye, I'm sorry you did not find the shower to your standards. What specifically about TV was not useful? I encourage my guests before they check in to report problems to me so I can address them. I will refund part of your payment as previously agreed.

Wonderful Property and Owner

We are from El Paso, and had to come in for a funeral. Coming from all over the country, schedules were insane. We reserved for a Wednesday check-in, but ended up not checking in until Thursday. The owner was very understanding, and super friendly. He provided us the details early enough for access, and when we did check-in, we discovered a very modern, CLEAN, and well thought out home. Beds were nice, small things like iron and hangers were available. We truly loved the location, as it was close to family, and the comfort was excellent. The home was very well maintained, and the appliances were all new and in exceptional shape. Bathrooms updated, and showers were really nice. Thank you for the stay!

About the host

Hosted by Charles Quiroz

Host profile image
I am a government employee with a large agency. I travel a lot between El Paso, other parts of Texas and New England. I am currently working in the Boston Area and rent out my place. I know how it feels to be in hotels all the time. I like using HomeAway to share my place an book other places I may be visiting for work.

Why they chose this property

I bought this place completely renovated and furnished it with new furniture. I personally have not used this place much but my guest love the clean modern feel of the space. The backyard offers an opportunity to view the sunset behind the Franklin Mountains.

What makes this property unique

This place is close to the far eastside of El Paso. Most of the homes listed are near Ft. Bliss, westside or central. This is a great place for business travelers, long term job assignments and families staying in the area for short or long stays. It is close to 1-10 and loop 375 so you can still get around town very quickly.
