Fun In The Sun

We appreciate the spacious layout of the house, and the cleanliness as well. The house was easy to manage and the amenities of the resort satisfactory. We really did wish the basketball net in the game room was there like in the advertisement, but we still managed to have fun. The pool was small, but worked out to be easy to keep clean and safer for the kids. The maintenance workers were friendly and completed there work with minimal intrusion. We never had an issue with plumbing or electrical or any appliances. We will be coming back later in the year, hopefully to shoot a couple hoops in the game room.

The house itself was very clean , neighborhood was nice . However pool in the backyard was dirty, called management many times and they came the day before we left to finally clean it . Also the game room was not usable! The day we got there the pac man machine was broken and basketball arcade game broken laying on the ground. There was so much damage done to this property that it took me half a day to take pictures of everything and email them to the owner so I wasn't responsible for them. I'm still waiting for partial refund and haven't heard back . Management of this property is very poor! It's hard to get anyone to do something. The wayerpark was nice . I wouldn't stay here again because of all the issues and unanswered phone calls.

great location

The property was at a great location lots of stuff on site to do. The property could have been a little cleaner just a few minor things like stains on carpet. The Tvs and internet didn't really work well but we were doing so much it didn't matter a whole lot. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay

The house was good it could use a little extra cleaning but nothing crazy garbage disposal did not work and that we had to pay for a grill because the house does not come with one and almost all the other houses had one at no extra cost that was about it oh and the Ac did not get that house that cold and it is Florida it was very hot the week we where staying there
