This stylish 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need whether it's for a weekend getaway or a week long business trip. The open plan kitchen looks over the dining and lounge area and you can also sit on the balcony and be the unofficial umpire for a tennis match! The bedroom is just off the kitchen and features a generous king size bed and TV. Relax in the bath with a nice glass of bubbly and unwind from your busy day shopping. There is also a washer and dryer available.
Guests have full and private access to the apartment as well as the tennis court, gym, spa and pool at the Heritage hotel.
We will meet you on arrival and show you around the apartment. We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area. Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
All of the city’s attractions are walking distance from the Heritage Hotel. The Viaduct Harbour’s restaurants and bars are only a couple of streets away, along with the Maritime Museum and further along the waterfront the events centre and bustling Wynyard Quarter. Queen Street and the SKYCITY Casino are under 5 minutes walking, and Victoria Park’s open spaces and market are a similar distance in the opposite direction. There’s also easy access from motorways and onsite parking.
5 minutes to island ferries, buses, trains and airport bus (every 15 minutes). There is a world of eateries, leisure walks and amazing city views. Just ask and we can recommend according to your needs.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.

- Check in is between 2pm – 10pm. If you require a check in after 10pm there will be a surcharge of $100
- If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks, the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the swipe card a replacement fee will be charged.
- For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
