Three miles from the quaint town of Columbus, Texas at the end of a 1/2 mile road, lies the quiet solitude of BelleAnn Acres. The home is nestled on 15 acres of Oak Trees and solitude. This newly constructed home offers a 2600 square foot modern farmhouse. The home has been lovingly decorated with luxury furnishings to appease the eye. Complete with 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths this home is the perfect getaway. Only 35 miles from Round Top/ Warrenton, 20 miles to Fayetteville, close to several wineries and the Colorado River. It is also an hour drive to Houston and Austin.

BelleAnn Acres home features a massive great room with large wood burning fireplace. The open concept kitchen and great room are perfect place to gather over morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen offers beautiful Kitchen Aid appliances, large induction range, and large island for meal prep or visiting.

The Master Bedroom features a king sized bed and private bathroom with soaking tub and large shower.

The 3 other bedrooms feature double beds.
There is a separate living area with large television and sectional to accommodate many guests. The home hosts a large walk in pantry equipped with a wine/ beverage center, perfect to hold extra items if you plan to cook in. The BelleAnn also offers flaundry room with full size washer and dryer. Linens and bath products are provided. Central AC/heat and satellite tv.

The home offers sleeping for 8, but could accommodate a few more with the large sectional couch, or an air mattress.

The back patio features a large and small charcoal barbecue pit and a quiet place to watch evening wildlife.
