Enjoy unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean from this beautiful 7th floor luxury condominium. Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee and the moon set in the evenings from your large private balcony. Every day is a picture perfect show with birds and dolphins and boats. Ocean Place is a private gated community located on the serene south end of the Island. The master bedroom has a king size bed, one guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and updated appliances. The comfortable living room offers beautiful views of the ocean.

All linens and bath towels are provided and there is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A starter set of supplies is provided.

Beautiful stay with amazing view to the ocean

The condo is amazing just as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is directly to the ocean and you can watch the sun rise and at night we watched the moon rising! Absolutely beautiful! The pool from the apartment complex is rather small but we never used it since the beach is right there. We saw turtles in the dunes, and walked along the beach, played in the waves. Fall time is the best time, no crowded beach, or restaurants!

Amazing view

Property was clean & comfortable! The view was awesome! Kitchen was well stocked & owners have lots of games to play which was nice for the kids. The beach wasn’t crowded. Complex was gated & felt very safe & family friendly. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo, Complex and Area

The property was just as described- roomy, comfortable, well stocked kitchen and excellent view with private balcony. Worked perfect for our family gathering!! The check in process was less than smooth and we could not get into our condo at 6:00 pm vs 4:00 pm which was inconvenient. No flexibility on a later check out time but understand need time to clean for next guests.

Luxury Condo on the Beach

We had a lovely visit at this beautiful condo right on the beach. The condo is on the top floor of the building with southern exposure so it gets lots of sun especially on the large balcony. The amenities are very nice in this renovated unit with modern appliances and bathrooms. The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The owner provides a binder of local restaurant menus and recommendations that was very helpful. One of the only drawbacks we experienced was a slow AT&T internet connection, especially over wi-fi. Working remotely and streaming entertainment was challenging but I purchased a long cable and connected via ethernet which was sufficient for work. There were not many neighbors on the property when we stayed but the few we met we quite nice. We would definitely stay here again.
