It has 4 bedrooms- 6 twin beds, 1 full & 1 Queen, sleeps 10, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining and living room. Outdoor grill. Dogs welcome. Great fishing, hunting and snowmobiling trails next door. Sits on a 400 acre farm with manager on site. Rat River runs along the property. Snowmobile trail "100 mile Snow Safari Trail" runs along side of property. UTV trails are accessible from the property. Pheasant hunting and 10 sporting clay stands available. Cable TV. Come as a couple or bring the whole family and friends.
